Is your establishment halal?

Our food is sourced from halal-certified suppliers as well as pork-free and alcohol-free, making it safe for consumption for our fellow Muslim patrons. However, we do carry a small list of alcoholic beverages in our beverage menus, therefore we cannot claim our restaurants as halal establishments.

How can I make a reservation?

For table reservations up to 10pax, please click here to book a table online.

Please book your table at least 6 hours prior to your arrival time. In case reservations are full, you may add your name to the waiting list. This does not mean that your reservation is confirmed, it simply means that you would be next in line to receive a call if a reservation gets cancelled and depending on other availability factors. Table reservation is optional and you may come as walk-in but there may be a queue depending on the crowd.

What happens if I am running late?

Your table will be held for 15 minutes before we open it to the next customer. If something has come up and you're running late, please call the outlet directly to communicate your arrival time. However, it is up to our discretion if any extension will be given to your reservation.

Do you have a private room?

It depends on which outlet you would prefer. The booking can also depend on various factors like number of pax, duration of the reservation and so on and would require a deposit and/or a minimum spend. Please call or Whatsapp your preferred outlet and our team would gladly assist.

Is food delivery available or how can I place an order for pickups?

When is your last call and closing times?

Open daily from 8am to 10pm. Our kitchen last call is at 9:15pm (Subject to crowd and other conditions).

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our restaurants for everyone's comfort. Thank you for your understanding.

I forgot to collect my points while paying the bill, how can I collect my points?

Please email us at [email protected] with a copy of the bill, your contact number and your membership number, we shall do the rest of the magic. Kindly allow 3 working days for us to process your request.

Oh no! We're so sorry about that. At Lisette's Cafe, we aim to create an amazing dining experience for all and deliver personable, effective service.
